Procurement Toolkit provides free browser-based procurement tools. No account creation, no login, no payment required. Your use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Our tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we build them based on established procurement frameworks (ISO 31000, ISM standards, CIPS guidelines), the outputs are decision-support tools — not professional advice. You remain responsible for your procurement decisions and supplier assessments.
The Procurement Toolkit name, logo, website design, tool interfaces, and written content are our intellectual property. The downloadable Excel and PDF templates remain our property; you may use them for your procurement activities but may not redistribute or resell them.
All tool calculations happen entirely in your browser. No supplier names, scores, evaluation data, or audit findings are uploaded to or stored on our servers. Our downloadable templates (Excel and PDF) are provided for your procurement operations. You may modify them for your internal use. Commercial redistribution, white-labeling, or resale of our templates is not permitted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Procurement Toolkit shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or tools. This includes, without limitation, procurement decisions made based on tool outputs, data loss, or business interruption.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The last updated date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect.
